Our staff looks forward to meeting you and discussing your goals. We strive to keep our appointments on time as scheduled. Prior to your appointment, we encourage you to fill out the patient forms that are located on this website so you can accelerate your check-in process. Please download, print, and complete the forms and you need to bring these completed forms with you to your procedure or if possible please fax them to Preston Surgery Center 48 hours prior to your procedure. If you are unable to download our patient forms, then it is recommended that you arrive at your appointment 15 – 30 minutes early so you can have ample time to fill out the appropriate forms.

Locating Our Facility
Preston Surgery Center is located in Frisco, TX on Preston Rd. Our facility has large convenient parking, a covered entrance, and two comfortable waiting areas. You can find our location just north of the Preston and Stonebrook intersection next to the North Dallas Bank and across the street from Kroger. We are located less than two miles from the Dallas North Tollway, three miles from The Star in Frisco, TX and less than thirty minutes from Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.
For our out of town patients Frisco, TX is known for pristine parks, destination dining, retail, sports, and entertainment. Frisco, TX is home to more than 17 hotels including the Omni Frisco Hotel at the Star and the Westin at Stonebriar Golf Club. In October 2017 Frisco, TX was named the fastest growing city in the United States and one of the 15 best cities in the United States to live.
